About this Event
In the realm of mental health, addressing exposure to traumatic events is paramount in facilitating healing and fostering resilience. Posttraumatic Growth, a concept emerging from the aftermath of major life crises or traumatic events, embodies the positive transformations that can arise from adversity. In this course, we embark on an exploration inspired by the characters in Supernatural, unraveling strategies to transition from symptoms of Post-traumatic Stress to Posttraumatic Growth. Through the lens of Supernatural’s rich narrative tapestry, participants will uncover valuable insights and practical techniques for navigating the journey towards growth and resilience in the face of trauma. Join us as we embark on a transformative journey, drawing inspiration from Supernatural to illuminate pathways towards healing and thriving beyond troubled pasts.
