In this course, participants will develop an understanding of how to effectively utilize and implement the PCL-5 as a valid tool for assessing PTSD in adults, ensuring they are equipped to interpret its results in clinical settings. They will also explore the structural model of dissociation, distinguishing between “apparently normal parts” and “emotional parts” to better comprehend dissociative processes. Additionally, learners will identify ways to integrate Ego State Therapy with evidence-based practices, using a case example to demonstrate how these approaches can complement each other in therapeutic interventions.
