If electing to stay at RIT Global Village, please fill out the information below. This will be used to help us assign a pod for the weekend.

Terms and Conditions for GeekED 2025 Event Registration Disability Assistance/Special Needs • Individuals who require assistance under the Americans with Disabilities Act for participation in this event must contact GeekED by June 30, 2025, at geeked@geektherapeutics.com to discuss your needs or concerns with staff. Event Notifications/Participant Materials • GeekED relies on email to notify participants of event-related matters, including changes to the agenda and special announcements. When submitting your registration, ensure that you provide a valid email address to receive notifications and pertinent messages in a timely manner. Please consider this when registering for someone other than yourself. • Participants will receive electronic access to session materials and resources prior to the event. It is your option and responsibility to print materials in advance, if you so wish. Registration Payments • For in-person registration, payment by check must be received at the GeekED office within 7 days of registration. No payments by check with LODGING option will be accepted later than close of business on June 5, 2025. No payments by check for all other registration options will be accepted later than close of business on July 5, 2025. If payment is not received, your registration will be cancelled, less an administrative fee of $50 which you will be invoiced for. • For live virtual registration, payment by check must be received at the GeekED office within 7 days of registration. No payments by check will be accepted later than close of business July 10, 2025. If payment is not received, your registration will be cancelled, less an administrative fee of $50 which you will be invoiced for. • Personal or agency checks returned due to insufficient funds will be charged the balance due, plus a $20 bank fee and a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations/Refunds • For the in-person event, cancel your registration online by May 31, 2025, to receive a refund, minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations with refunds will not be allowed after June 5, 2025. • In Case of Emergency/Illness If you experience a serious illness or emergency prior to or during the event that prevents your participation, please notify GeekED by email (geeked@geektherapeutics.com) as soon as possible. Official documentation concerning the emergency/illness must be provided.
