08 – I’m who I play: Character Creation For Insight, Self-Acceptance, And Change

This training course will examine how the creation of video game avatars, table-top characters, and comic-strip protagonists can all be used as therapeutic interventions for the building of relational and emotional insight. Coming from a person-centered approach, the use of character creation can be meaningful in many ways to clients at various stages of their lives.
